Stress-Free, Well-Planned, overall Amazing Dubai & South Africa Trip!
My Study Abroad was in Johannesburg and Cape Town. However, I asked Yam if I could get to Johannesburg a few days before my group so I could adjust. Yam did more than that. She planned a 2-day layover in Dubai, and I arrived in Johannesburg before my group! As an African American woman traveling alone, I had some concerns. Yam provided me with step-by-step information about my flight and airline and arranged airport pick-ups, hotels, and excursions. She advised me on navigating through TSA and sent me information on Dubai, Johannesburg, and Cape Town. She told me I could call her if I had any issues during the trip. That was so reassuring. Yam also sent me excursion information, which was so much fun. SHE MAGICALLY WORKED IT INTO THE ITINERARY once I figured out what I wanted to do! Great Honeymoon to Morocco and Spain!
Yamonee was great to work with. She helped us from start to finish and got us everything we asked for in our honeymoon well within our budget. We knew we wanted to go to Morocco for adventuring and then to relax on the beach somewhere. We had a great time riding camels into the desert in Morocco and ended up on a beach in the south of Spain for our last few days. It was an amazing experience, and we will definitely be working with Yamonee again on our future travels.

Our Family Trip
Yamonee booked our 1st cruise for our family to Alaska starting with a tour through the Canadian Rockies from Calgary to Vancouver, Anchorage, Denali, and Fairbanks. It was a group trip and our flight to Calgary was delayed due to weather conditions. Yamonee was determined to get us out that night, she did a phenomenal job and we made it to Calgary. We were still able to go to Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper in Alberta. Her dedicated time in making sure her clients are satisfied is beyond expectations.

30th wedding anniversary trip
It was a pleasure working with Yamonee! We originally planned and booked a trip to Mexico for our family of 7 but at the last minute had to change locations. The easiest way to vacation!
Yam has planned two getaway vacations for my husband and I this past year. First was a trip to the beautiful island of Dominican Republic in April of 2017, she suggested a resort based on our interest, and guided us towards options that fit our budget, and the way we like to relax while on vacation. We had a blast, we fit it in our budget, and we honestly didn't have to think of a single thing, as she took all the hassle out of the planning. We were so thrilled with our trip, that when it was time to plan a late summer quick getaway, we called her once again. Not having a location in mind, she selected a few options that fit within our budget, and our interests. We were so impressed with her ability to take the planning off our shoulders, match us with the perfect vacations, and helping to make sure we were completely taken care of from start to finish, that our late summer getaway was completely relaxing. I like off-the-beaten-path experiences. I encountered that while traveling with Yam prior to a cruise from Calgary to Vancouver. Our driver discussed where to go from lunch, and he recommended a quaint family-owned restaurant in Canmore in Alberta. It was surreal looking at the snow-capped mountains and the sun beating down on me and my lunch, an unforgettable memory. The rest of the trip was just excellent.

It was the holiday of a lifetime.
Yamonee had a lot of great ideas for additional trips i.e. Denali NP, the artic circle Banff and Jasper National Park,. To name a few. Nothing was too much for Yamonee and she, catered to our requirements perfectly, very hardworking and she wanted to make sure that this trip was the best and she wanted everyone to just have a great time. Yamonee is very knowledgeable about the places we could go to visit in the region, so we did not miss out on anything, she took care of the planning of the trip which made it an easy hassle-free experience. The cruise was amazing, we saw so many beautiful sights including glaciers, whales, dolphins, and seals on ice. The company was great, it was a lovely group and mum and I have made new friends on this trip. Yamonee made it a trip of a lifetime. She is a very warm and friendly person and by the end of the trip she became good friends with mum and me. I am planning my next trip soon.

Best family cruise vacation!
We didn’t know what kind of vacation to take with our two teens. Enter Yamonee! She suggested a cruise vacation. She knew exactly which staterooms to book to enjoy the trip while still saving money. The rooms were on the best part of the ship and quiet. The choice of a cruise was perfect! The cruise had more than enough food selection to satisfy picky teen eaters. Both kids had a blast with free cruise ship activities (surf simulator, pickleball, laser tag, the gym, an ice-skating show, and attending nightly movies by the pool). Since Yamonee has a lot of experience traveling, she knew about all of these. An Amazing Alaska Cruise and Tour of Denali!
I called Yam and told her I wanted to see 24 hours of daylight. So we ended up with a group of 30 to Alaska. It was a well-planned cruise from Vancouver to Anchorage, Denali, Fairbanks, and the Arctic Circle. Yam said she is an Alaska Expert and showed it to this group. It was a perfect trip.

Father-and-son trip to the Camino de Santiago
Ms. Yam put together an epic father-and-son trip to the Camino de Santiago, requiring planes, trains, automobiles, and about 100 km of shoe leather. We didn't speak Spanish, but I felt confident knowing Ms. Yam was available if we needed assistance. She was in touch with us daily - almost as a friend, vicariously walking the trail with us. She had arranged everything in advance for us with the tour company, the luggage was ported daily, and hotel reservations were in order as expected. I am working with Ms. Yam on our next trip to Machu Picchu and the Incan Trail.

Unforgettable trip
I went to Australia, New Zealand. I saw her professionalism when our flights were cancelled due to a typhoon in Japan. We had to wait 4 days for another flight, and she rearranged the tours, hotels and 10 flight segments. I later went to India with her, and that trip was well planned too. She is certainly knowledgeable with travel.

Yamonee fulfilled my dream and trip of a lifetime, by planning my trip to Greece and Egypt. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable. One of the guides in Egypt was a graduate in Egyptology of Cairo University! So going through the National Museum in Cairo was great as our guide showed us all the highlights and explained the exhibits. The accommodation was fantastic and so was the food on both cruises. The accommodation on the Nile cruise was fantastic as there were only 135 passengers, which I prefer. All the tours had great guides and fluent in English and the native language. It was a trip of a lifetime and I look forward to Yamonee plan my next bucket list trip!!!!

A Granddaughter's Dream Vacation
Yamonee is the best travel agent ever! She pays attention to every detail and tailors her trips to the needs and wishes of her clients. In this case, the trip was planned as a gift for my 10-year-old granddaughter, a born naturalist whose #1 dream was to visit the Galapagos. She knew every creature she wanted to see and Yamonee planned a trip that made sure we saw them all. There was a guide to meet us at every stage of the adventure, the perfect amount of "down time" to do our own exploring, and the accommodations were excellent. When I became ill, we had to cancel one leg of our trip, which incurred medical expenses and required me to book a hotel that was not included in our package. Yamonee stepped right in and filed the insurance claim to reimburse me for the extra expense. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Yamonee.

Absolutely hands down the best vacation of my life.
I found Yamonee to be a delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful. She found us great prices for our cruise and our flights. She also found excursions that were that were priced and were top notch. We used the Tour Excursion Group for our excursion in Cozumel. I lost my phone and Gabriel from the excursion company went above and beyond to get my phone shipped back to me. I just received it yesterday safe and sound!
