Stress-Free, Well-Planned, overall Amazing Dubai & South Africa Trip!

My Study Abroad was in Johannesburg and Cape Town. However, I asked Yam if I could get to Johannesburg a few days before my group so I could adjust. Yam did more than that. She planned a 2-day layover in Dubai, and I arrived in Johannesburg before my group!

As an African American woman traveling alone, I had some concerns. Yam provided me with step-by-step information about my flight and airline and arranged airport pick-ups, hotels, and excursions. She advised me on navigating through TSA and sent me information on Dubai, Johannesburg, and Cape Town. She told me I could call her if I had any issues during the trip. That was so reassuring. Yam also sent me excursion information, which was so much fun. SHE MAGICALLY WORKED IT INTO THE ITINERARY once I figured out what I wanted to do!

She is so knowledgeable and helpful about everything travel! She patiently answered my questions and concerns as if I were her loved one.

Great Honeymoon to Morocco and Spain!

Yamonee was great to work with. She helped us from start to finish and got us everything we asked for in our honeymoon well within our budget. We knew we wanted to go to Morocco for adventuring and then to relax on the beach somewhere. We had a great time riding camels into the desert in Morocco and ended up on a beach in the south of Spain for our last few days. It was an amazing experience, and we will definitely be working with Yamonee again on our future travels.

Our Family Trip

Yamonee booked our 1st cruise for our family to Alaska starting with a tour through the Canadian Rockies from Calgary to Vancouver, Anchorage, Denali, and Fairbanks. It was a group trip and our flight to Calgary was delayed due to weather conditions. Yamonee was determined to get us out that night, she did a phenomenal job and we made it to Calgary. We were still able to go to Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper in Alberta. Her dedicated time in making sure her clients are satisfied is beyond expectations.

The easiest way to vacation!

Yam has planned two getaway vacations for my husband and I this past year. First was a trip to the beautiful island of Dominican Republic in April of 2017, she suggested a resort based on our interest, and guided us towards options that fit our budget, and the way we like to relax while on vacation. We had a blast, we fit it in our budget, and we honestly didn’t have to think of a single thing, as she took all the hassle out of the planning. We were so thrilled with our trip, that when it was time to plan a late summer quick getaway, we called her once again. Not having a location in mind, she selected a few options that fit within our budget, and our interests. We were so impressed with her ability to take the planning off our shoulders, match us with the perfect vacations, and helping to make sure we were completely taken care of from start to finish, that our late summer getaway was completely relaxing.

I can’t recommend our agent enough!! We just returned from a two-week safari in Africa. We visited three countries with ten different stops like Masai Mara National Reserve, Serengeti National Park and more. BUCKET LIST AFRICAN SAFARI

If you’ve never used an agent before, I HIGHLY recommend starting now. We actually SAVED money and because our agent has VIP status with the cruise line, we ended up being upgraded to a suite on the opposite side of the ship so we had amazing views of the coast every single time we pulled into port. We should have been using an agent long ago. After sipping our coffee in our pajamas watching the sun rise over the Mediterranean from our veranda, we will never go back to booking on our own ever again.

A BANG FOR OUR BUCK

I’ve always wanted to have a destination wedding, but I never thought it would be possible. Our agent made that dream a reality and we got married on a picturesque secluded beach in Riviera Maya with enough of our budget left over to plan a separate honeymoon. I was SO impressed with everything she did. Not only did our agent get a special rate for our family members to stay at the same resort, she also surprised us with a special sunset catamaran cruise as a wedding gift and even sent little gifts for the bridal party!
